- November 2026: Kick-Off Event of the First Cohort (Welcoming the first cohort of PhD students and introducing them to the Doctoral Network; hybrid)
- January 2027: Early-Career Seminar 1 (Seminar on essential PhD skills and navigating your PhD journey; online)
- March 2027: Research Idea Pitch (Presentation of your own research and feedback from peers; online)
- May 2027: NeurotechEU Assembly (First in-person meeting of the Doctoral Network; on-site)
- June 2027: Early-Career Seminar 2 (Seminar on planning and making efficient use of mobility opportunities for international collaboration; online
You are eligible to apply if you:
- Are enrolled as a doctoral candidate at a NeurotechEU partner university.
- Conduct research related to neurotechnology (broadly defined).
Early-stage doctoral candidates (ideally within their first year, but not exclusively) are particularly welcome. The Network is an opportunity for doctoral candidates who are not already part of a doctoral school or want to have a valuable add-on to their existing doctoral school programme.
