The intensive blended course introduces applied psychophysiology with a strong focus on heart rate variability (HRV) self-regulation and biofeedback. The first part of the programme takes place online offering orientation, foundational concepts, team formation, and interactive group teaching. The following on-site week is dedicated to HRV laboratory work, a collaborative team experiment and expert guest sessions on neurofeedback and practical applications. The Summer School concludes with a final online phase focusing on data analysis, report writing and presentations, and an integration session to consolidate learning outcomes.
Key Topics
- HRV science and autonomic regulation
- Biofeedback techniques and tools
