We are pleased to offer a travel grant to enthusiastic researchers who wish to attend meetings and conferences in Germany and Europe. As mobility is an important part of NeurotechEU, we are happy to support both young and senior researchers. 
NeurotechEU Hackathon: Wearable Neurotechnology: fNIRS and EEG
Radboud University is pleased to announce and invite you to the NeurotechEU Hackathon on Wearable Neurotechnology: fNIRS and EEG, organized as an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) within the framework of NeurotechEU in cooperation with Boğaziçi University, the Medical University of Innsbruck, and two industry partners Artinis Medical Systems BV and NIRx Medical Technologies. The Hackathon, which is targeted to Master’s students and PhD candidates, will take place online (October, 29-30,2026) and from November, 06-11, 2026, onsite in Nijmegen, Netherlands.
NeurotechEU Winter School on Smart Sleep
The Medical University of Innsbruck is pleased to announce and invite you to the NeurotechEU Winter School: Smart Sleep: Exploring the Future of Sleep Measurements, organized within the framework of NeurotechEU in collaboration with Radboud University, the University of Reykjavik, and Karolinska Institute. The Winter School, which is targeted to advanced Bachelor’s students, Master’s students, and PhD candidates, will take place from February, 15 – 18, 2027, onsite in Innsbruck, Austria.

NeurotechEU Meet-up on 18 June 2026
On behalf of the Vice Rectors Birgit Ulrike Münch and Ilona Grunwald, we would like to invite you to this year’s NeurotechEU Meet-up Bonn. This event is hosted by the Transfer Center enaCom and is entitled: From Lab to Market: A Neurotech Spin-off Journey We will follow a real founding journey from university research to a marketable product and discuss what it takes to translate neurotechnology into impact. The session is designed to increase awareness among students and lecturers for entrepreneurial skills and support structures, showing how to leverage transfer tools, mentors, and funding routes to move responsible neurotech innovations into practice.

Joint Autumn School on Decision-Making
How do we make decisions – and why do we sometimes fail? The University of Bonn and Radboud University are pleased to invite applications for the Joint Autumn School on Decision-Making, organised within the NeurotechEU alliance.  This one-week, in-person programme brings together students and researchers from across the NeurotechEU alliance to explore how decisions are shaped – from cognitive models and neural mechanisms to clinical conditions and ethical challenges.
